I’m passionate about aligning creative design with business goals to make sure the solutions I create are not only user-centered but also commercially viable. I’ve developed the ability to align creative design with business goals, ensuring that my solutions are both user-centered and commercially viable. Working with Ferrero taught me how to translate market demands and brand strategies into meaningful designs that have real impact. I also gained a strong understanding of balancing deadlines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that the designs meet both business objectives and user needs.
Through courses like Introduction to Business Design and Design Management, I now have a solid grasp of business models and tools like blueprints, stakeholder maps, and personas, which help me plan projects effectively and keep designs on track. My role as secretary for a sports association also sharpened my skills in team management, task coordination, and cross-group communication—skills I now apply to ensure smooth project execution.
Additionally, my work with Duolingo and Eindhoven Airport gave me hands-on experience with real business strategies and decision-making processes. This has deepened my understanding of how design can drive business success. Overall, these experiences have equipped me to blend creativity with business insights, creating adaptable, user-centered products that can succeed in a dynamic market.
