Creativity & Aesthetics

At the core of my design practice is understanding how aesthetics influence emotional experiences. During my Final Bachelor Project (FBP), storytelling played a key role in crafting emotionally resonant jewelry, where each piece became a narrative of user emotions through personalized designs. My work on manifestos, including ID-Green and Perspectives on Aesthetics, further strengthened my ability to use storytelling and aesthetics to communicate deeper meanings. The branding of my FBP also reflected this approach, with a visual identity designed to create a strong emotional connection with users.

In addition to this, my work on Project 3 provided me with valuable skills in garment creation, including sewing and working with different materials, which enhanced my ability to design functional yet emotionally charged garments. My focus on design empathy allows me to truly understand users, considering both their functional needs and the emotional impact of every design decision. By mastering color psychology, I use colors to evoke specific feelings and guide users through intuitive, emotionally engaging experiences. I also stay aware of trend forecasting to ensure my designs remain relevant and reflect current aesthetic preferences. This blend of storytelling, empathy, and trend awareness enables me to create designs that are visually appealing, emotionally resonant, and forward-thinking.
